Description : As a SALT Flow-Through Tax Senior Staff, you will have the opportunity to: Perform a detailed technical review of partnership state tax returns and work papers with attention to multistate tax issues such as allocation, apportionment, state modifications, nexus, unitary/ non-unitary filings, and flow-through/ Pass-through taxation. Perform detailed review of estimated payment and withholding calculations and related filings. Assist with engagement workflow management and supervising tax Staff on assigned engagements. Assist with various tax projects including research for tax planning. Identify the open items and communicate with the Manager.
