Hiring | Actuarial Pricing Location: Bangalore Experience: 4 Years We are looking for an experienced Actuarial Pricing professional with strong expertise in Group Insurance pricing and profitability management . Key Responsibilities • Lead Group Insurance pricing, profitability and pricing governance • Develop and review actuarial models, pricing assumptions and analytics • Analyse underwriting, claims and reinsurance experience and incorporate insights into pricing assumptions • Drive portfolio profitability, pricing margins and VNB objectives • Support new product launches and pricing initiatives • Lead actuarial support for reinsurance strategy and treaty negotiations • Ensure IRDAI compliance, product approvals and regulatory requirements • Improve pricing processes, automation and efficiency • Lead, mentor and develop the pricing actuarial team • Collaborate with Business, Finance, Risk, Underwriting, Operations and Reinsurance stakeholders Requirements • 4 years of actuarial experience in Life Insurance with significant Group Insurance pricing experience • FIAI / equivalent actuarial qualification preferred • Strong knowledge of actuarial modelling, pricing, profitability, IRDAI regulations and reinsurance • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills • Experience in team leadership and influencing senior stakeholders Interested candidates can share their updated CV or apply for this opportunity.
