Franchise Attorney – Florida (Consultant / Outside Counsel)

We’re seeking an experienced Florida-licensed Franchise Attorney to advise a growing health and longevity brand on its expansion through a licensing model.

Responsibilities:Analyze licensing structures under federal and Florida franchise lawsAdvise on FTC Franchise Rule requirements and Florida franchise exemption filingsDraft and review FDDs, licensing and franchise agreements, and operator documentsAdvise on trademark licensing, territory rights, fees, and brand standardsIdentify relevant healthcare regulatory considerations, including med spa regulations and corporate practice of medicineQualifications:JD and active Florida Bar membership in good standing5+ years of franchisor-side franchise law experienceHands-on experience preparing FDDs and handling xzbcwsv Florida franchise exemption filingsExperience evaluating license-versus-franchise structuresHealth, wellness, longevity, or med spa experience is a plusEngagement: Remote, project-based consulting with potential for an ongoing relationship.
