Instead of buying new toys every month, parents subscribe, borrow, and swap from our curated collection of 850+ premium, child development-focused toys. We’re on a mission to make play more joyful, affordable, and sustainable—and we’re growing fast.

Now, we’re looking for a creative storyteller and content whiz to bring that mission alive online.

Role Overview:

As our Social Media Manager , you’ll be the voice of The EleFant across platforms—building a community of engaged, like-minded parents while telling stories that inspire, inform, and delight.

This is a key role for someone who’s equal parts strategy and execution, loves all things parenting, early childhood, and internet culture—and knows how to turn likes into love (and follows into loyal customers).

️ What You’ll Own:

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & WhatsApp
• Content Creation: Write captions, plan reels, and work with our design team to create thumb-stopping content
• Community Building: Respond to DMs/comments, engage with parents, build conversations and loyalty
• Campaigns & Collaborations: Support launches, partnerships, creator/influencer campaigns
• Analytics & Insights: Track performance, optimize based on engagement metrics, and report learnings
• Trend Spotting: Keep us fresh with the latest memes, parenting trends, and platform updates

✅ What You Bring:

• 4+ years of hands-on social media experience (brand or agency side)
• Strong grasp of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and Meta Business Suite
• Great copywriting skills with a tone that’s playful, warm, and clear
• Experience working with creatives (in-house or freelance) to bring content to life
• Bonus: Experience with parenting, D2C, or early learning-focused brands
