Job Role: Lean Consultant Years of Experience : 5-8 Years Location : Peenya (Bangalore) Budget : 3-4 LPA Notice period : Immediate Joiner Our consulting division is looking for Lean/Quality Engineers to join our team and work with MSMEs across Bangalore. * Background in Lean Manufacturing, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields for minimum 8 years experience * Passion for process improvement and operational excellence * Willingness to work closely with MSMEs on Productivity and Quality improvement initiatives. Good Knowledge in Manufacturing process, Quality tools, 5S, PDCA, Kaizen, Shopfloor Management, Planning and Inventory management (with two-wheeler and immediate joiner is preferable) Candidate should be able to communicate/speak in Kannada & English. Knowledge of Hindi is desirable. Working experience in Foundry sector is added values- for the candidate proposed at Shimoga working experiences in Mechanical Engineering is added values- for the candidate proposed at Bangalore.
