Maintenance Technician Wage: $22.00-$30.00/hour Shift: 12-Hour Days or Nights Hours: 5:00am-5:00pm or 5:00pm-5:00am (6 Days / Week - Rotating Day Off) We are seeking reliable Maintenance Technicians for a potential-to-hire opportunity in a manufacturing environment in Spring, TX. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and responding to emergency repairs to support continuous production operations. Apply now! Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: - Perform routine machine cleaning and scheduled preventive maintenance - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues - Respond to non-scheduled and emergency maintenance needs - Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance shop equipment safely - Complete assigned maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Lead - Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation - Organize and maintain maintenance supplies and consumables - Follow all quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements Requirements for Maintenance Technician: - Previous maintenance experience preferred - Strong electro-mechanical aptitude - Basic understanding of electrical systems and electrical equipment - Experience using electrical test equipment - Ability to safely use hand tools and portable power tools - Ability to read and write in English or Spanish - Ability to work a night shift schedule (Monday-Saturday) - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods - Frequent lifting and moving of materials up to 50 pounds - Good hand-eye coordination IND999 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
