The Catalyst Corporation is hiring an Operations Manager in Training to join our growing Oak Brook team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who wants to build experience in sales, marketing, team leadership, and day-to-day business operations.
You’ll begin by learning our retail campaigns from the ground up, including customer engagement, sales, brand representation, and performance tracking. As you develop, you’ll take on additional responsibilities related to team support, training, campaign operations, and leadership.
What You’ll Do:Represent client products and services in a face-to-face retail environmentEngage with customers and explain current products, services, and promotionsAssist customers throughout the sales and enrollment processLearn daily sales, marketing, and operational proceduresTrack individual and team performance goalsAssist with training and supporting newer team membersDevelop leadership, communication, and team management skillsWork alongside management to support daily campaign operationsTake on increased leadership responsibilities based on performance and development
