B.Tech CS / CA / MBA (Finance / Analytics), Tier-1 strongly preferred

The Role

The Revenue Assurance team owns revenue integrity and quality at scale, and drives margin expansion across the company’s P&L. Context: Shadowfax closed Q1 FY27 with ₹1,358 Cr revenue (+65% YoY), a fifth straight quarter of 60%+ growth, and all-time-high PAT of ₹65 Cr.

What You’ll Do

•   Identify revenue risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities, and design the interventions that close them

•   Own revenue leakage-detection and reconciliation workflows at 1 Cr+ shipments/month scale

•   Build and supervise AI-first finance workflows: agentic reconciliation, LLM-assisted anomaly detection, evaluation harnesses

•   Partner with leadership to identify, prioritize, and launch new initiatives within RA

You Will Be Measured On

•   Revenue leakage identified and recovered (₹)

•   Billing and reconciliation accuracy and revenue realization

•   Reduction in recurring control failures

•   Decision latency

Who Should Apply

•   1 to 4 years in business finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or management consulting, with P&L or revenue/cost charter ownership in a scaling business; logistics, e-commerce, marketplace, or high-volume transactional companies preferred

•   Strong analytical foundation in unit economics and contribution margins; deep comfort with numbers

•   Advanced SQL and Excel; working Python

•   High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and an uncompromising standard of accuracy

Compensation

• Competitive CTC, benchmarked to top quartile. Fixed plus performance variable.
