Motive Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to own investigations and provide trusted advisory to HR leaders. You will handle sensitive cases with neutrality, document meticulously, and partner with Legal to strengthen ER processes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HRBP with direct ER/LR experience, strong conflict management, and solid knowledge of employment law in the region. This hybrid role is based in Pakistan with US-hours alignment.
