Key Responsibilities:Oversee HR operations, policies, and employee relations.Lead recruitment and workforce planning.Ensure compliance with employment laws and client requirements.Manage onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management.Partner with executive leadership on HR strategy and organizational needs.Qualifications:Proven HR leadership experience, including developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs.Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices.Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.Experience developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.Ability to partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR initiatives.Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.Experience in the IT, software engineering, or professional services industry preferred.Experience supporting international teams and managing HR matters across multiple jurisdictions is a plus. xzbcwsv Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) are a plus.Working Conditions and BenefitsCompensation: $90k - $200k Health insurance, PTO, sick leave, 401K
