Role Description This is a in-office role for an Outbound Sales Development Representative. The role involves identifying and prospecting potential clients, conducting outreach via calls and emails, setting up meetings, and helping build a strong sales pipeline. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads, nurture client relationships, and track sales activity. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to achieving targets in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proficiency in outreach tools, CRM systems, and performing structured sales research Ability to manage multiple leads, handle rejections, and follow up effectively Experience in crafting effective outreach emails and calls, with a strong focus on client engagement Team-oriented mindset and initiative to meet sales quotas Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, marketing, or related fields Knowledge of the AI, technology, or SaaS sectors is a plus
