Applicants can expect to join a forward-thinking team focused on transforming how businesses find and secure office space.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Role Description:</b></p><p> The Management Trainee - CRE role at Squarelys is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida/Delhi/Gurugram. In this role, the trainee will support senior team members in tenant advisory, including market research, property shortlisting, and analysis of commercial spaces. Daily responsibilities include collecting and interpreting data on Commercial Real Estate markets, preparing presentations and reports for clients, and assisting in the end-to-end leasing process. The trainee will collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate site visits, maintain accurate documentation in internal systems, and track deal progress. Over time, the trainee will learn to manage client interactions, contribute to strategy discussions, and develop an understanding of commercial real estate trends and best practices.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Qualifications</b>:</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and research abilities, including comfort with data interpretation and market analysis.</li><li>Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and client-facing materials.</li><li>Interest in commercial real estate, leasing processes, and tenant advisory services.</li><li>Proficiency with productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentations, and CRM or database software).</li><li>Ability to work in a structured, on-site environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Master's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; internship or project experience in real estate or consulting is an advantage.</li><li>Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility.</li><li>Compensation Package: 4.2 Lacs Per Annum + Conveyance</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?zD2%2faTU03JHyHrbUdibPH%2bVCrFVNAcQzs" width="0" height="0" />
