NYC General Building Executive

A leading $5bn general contractor is seeking a senior operations leader & construction executive to oversee its entire New York City General Building Division.

This is an executive-level position with responsibility for the overall performance, growth and day-to-day operations of the division. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across multiple projects, overseeing project delivery, operational teams, financial performance and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all operations across the NYC General Building Division.Manage senior project leadership teams, including Project Executives, Project Managers and Superintendents.Drive project performance, profitability, scheduling and operational efficiency.Oversee resource allocation, workforce planning and project execution.Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.Ensure consistent standards across safety, quality and project delivery.Support business growth, strategic planning and long-term divisional objectives.
