Headquartered in the United States, Aquatech’s Asian headquarters is based in Pune, India. </p> <p> Key Responsibilities </p> <p> Service Operations Management Oversee service activities for all Domestic O&amp; M service contracts across India. Support renewal of existing service contracts and identify service growth opportunities. Ensure adherence to KPIs, operational excellence, and service commitments. Monitor operating costs, account receivables, and Budget vs Actual performance. </p><p> Customer &amp; Account Management Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships. Develop and sustain positive customer references and lighthouse accounts. Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of operational issues. </p><p> Technical Support Provide technical services support to execution teams for all technical matters. Guide teams on process optimization, troubleshooting, and operational improvements. Support project and service teams in resolving complex technical challenges. </p><p> Financial &amp; Commercial Management Monitor account receivables and support timely revenue realization. Ensure seamless cash outflow disbursements to suppliers within IWS. Support cost optimization initiatives and commercial compliance. </p><p> Site Audits &amp; Compliance Conduct site audits as and when required for existing customers and new prospects. Ensure compliance with operational, quality, and safety standards. Review audit findings and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement. </p><p> Training &amp; Development Conduct technical and operational training programs to enhance team capabilities. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across service locations. </p><p> Must-Have Skills &amp; Experience 15+ years of experience in O&amp; M, technical services, service operations, or water treatment projects. Strong experience in managing multi-location service contracts and customer accounts. Proven expertise in technical support, site audits, and operational excellence. Experience in budgeting, cost control, receivables management, and contract renewals. Strong customer management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
