Hiring: Business Development Manager – Domestic Staffing

Head Field Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Domestic Staffing Division.

Key Responsibilities: Drive new client acquisition for the Domestic Staffing business. Identify and develop new business opportunities across PAN India. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Generate leads, conduct client discussions, and convert opportunities into business. Develop and execute strategies to expand our domestic staffing customer base. Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements: Proven experience in Domestic Staffing / Recruitment Business Development . Strong understanding of the PAN India staffing market. Existing relationships or connections with staffing customers will be preferred. Strong client acquisition, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills. Ability to work independently and deliver against business development targets. Candidates with an established network within the domestic staffing industry are encouraged to apply.
