Marketing Analyst - Sports Marketing

Sports Marketing Role at Infosys An integral part of the Sports Marketing team at Infosys, this role reports into the global leadership for Sports marketing at Infosys. The role involves working across some of the world’s biggest tennis and potentially other sports properties and sporting ecosystems to build high-value sponsorship platforms, create innovative digital and technology-based fan and player experiences, deliver premium client hospitality, and unlock commercial opportunities across brands, rights holders, and enterprise partners. The ideal candidate would be someone passionate for sports, technology and marketing and is keen to build a long-term career in sports. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Managing relationships with global tournaments, tours, federations, and sporting institutions * Building and executing integrated sponsorship strategies across media, hospitality, content, digital, and on-ground activations * Leading client engagement programs and premium hospitality experiences at global sporting events * Identifying new revenue streams through data, AI, and fan engagement products * Working closely with athletes, ambassadors, and talent on campaigns and activations * Driving innovation through emerging tech, immersive experiences, and next-gen sports products * Creating B2B opportunities through executive networking, thought leadership, and relationship building * Driving end-to-end commercial outcomes—from lead generation to strategic partnerships To qualify, candidates must ideally possess: 1-3 years of experience with hands on experience in running branding initiatives, events and marketing initiatives Master’s degree in marketing / advertising / communications Experience in the sports industry is preferred, and a keen interest in sports is ideal. Worked on managing relationship with agencies and internal stakeholders across global markets. Ability to collaborate hands-on with multiple stakeholders across global markets. The ability to implement ideas quickly and to understand what’s new in the field of technology in sports, and bring those innovations to sports where Infosys is invested in.
