The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Proven Superintendent experience on ground-up construction projects Strong block construction experience required Multifamily experience preferred but not required Demonstrated ability to lead teams and maintain project momentum Stable career history with strong references from previous employers What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from USD 120.000 to USD 130.000.
