Preferred Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifications & Background: Formal or informal training and deep mastery in Spiritual Healing, Energy Medicine, Metaphysical Sciences, Transpersonal Studies, or Esoteric/Occult Therapies.
• Certifications & Esoteric Lineage: Certified or deeply practiced in occult and holistic healing modalities such as Tarot/Akashic Record Reading, Shadow Work, Crystal/Reiki Energy Healing, Somatic Breathwork, Sound Healing, or Family Constellations.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of experience conducting 1-on-1 emotional unburdening, intuitive healing sessions, and designing/executing transformative spiritual retreats (preferably in luxury wellness or retreat environments).
• Location & Lifestyle: Full-time, on-site resident role. Must reside on the sanctuary grounds (complete 24-hour executive accommodation and food provided).

Job Description

• 1-on-1 Emotional & Intuitive Consultations: Conduct private, deep emotional healing, energy clearing, and intuitive sessions for high-achieving guests, CEOs, and families facing burnout, spiritual crisis, or subconscious blocks.
• Occult & Energy Modalities: Utilize esoteric tools (such as Akashic/Tarot insights, energy body balancing, shadow integration, and breathwork) to reveal and resolve underlying emotional root causes.
• Group Facilitation: Lead high-trust, confidential group healing circles, emotional unburdening rituals, fire/full moon ceremonies, and interactive workshops.
• Retreat Design & Delivery: Conceptualize, curate, and facilitate signature emotional healing retreats targeting spiritual awakening, emotional release, and energetic realignment.
• Multi-Disciplinary Coordination: Work alongside the Chief Ayurveda Physician and Quantum Healing teams to ensure a unified approach to Mind ( Sukshma ) and Soul ( Karana ) health.

Must-Have Skills & Qualities

• Deep personal alignment and inclination towards spiritual evolution, metaphysics, and esoteric wisdom traditions.
• Proven track record of working with occult therapies, shadow work, somatic release, and subtle energy fields.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence, intuitive empathy, and high-level interpersonal skills to handle sensitive topics with elite clientele.
• Proven ability to design and lead engaging group workshops, rituals, and transformative multi-day retreats.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Strong understanding of executive stress, emotional baggage, and modern existential fatigue.
