OverviewWe are seeking a Revenue Cycle Educator to support training initiatives across front-end and back-end revenue cycle operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong healthcare revenue cycle experience who also has a passion for education and knowledge sharing.You will be responsible for delivering structured training programs using pre-developed curriculum and ensuring staff are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in their roles.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver instructor-led training sessions for revenue cycle staff (front-end through back-end operations)Facilitate onboarding and ongoing education for new and existing team membersInterpret and present training materials clearly to a variety of audiencesSupport staff development by reinforcing best practices across the revenue cycleAnswer questions and provide guidance during and after training sessionsMonitor learner progress and provide feedback to leadership as neededEnsure consistency and quality in training deliveryQualificationsRequired:2+ years of experience within the healthcare revenue cycle (front-end through back-end)Prior education, training, or teaching experience (formal or informal)Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows (e.g., patient access, billing, collections, etc.)Excellent communication and presentation skills xzbcwsv Ability to engage and educate diverse audiencesPreferred:Experience delivering structured training programs in a healthcare settingFamiliarity with hospital or large health system environmentsAdditional DetailsCurriculum and training materials will be provided — no content creation requiredThis is a highly collaborative, in-person role supporting operational excellenceOpportunity to make a direct impact on staff performance and patient financial experience
