Experienced derivatives trader : index & stock f&o (indian markets)

Gamma Flow Capital is seeking experienced derivatives traders to actively trade index and equity Futures & Options in the Indian markets (NSE/BSE). This role is suited for individuals with strong technical analysis skills, disciplined risk management, and a track record of consistent decision-making in leveraged environments.
The position involves trading highly liquid instruments such as NIFTY, BANK NIFTY, and select stock derivatives, with a focus on structured execution rather than speculative activity.
Responsibilities:
Execute intraday and positional trades in index and stock derivatives
Identify high-probability trading opportunities using technical analysis
Apply disciplined risk management, including position sizing and defined stop levels
Monitor market conditions, volatility, and liquidity throughout trading sessions
Analyze option chain dynamics, implied volatility, and market sentiment
Maintain structured trade planning and post-trade evaluation
Track key market indicators such as VIX, sector movement, and macro influences
Provide periodic insights on trade rationale and performance trends
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience trading Futures & Options in the Indian markets
Strong understanding of price action, market structure, and technical analysis
Ability to operate consistently under fast-changing market conditions
Knowledge of derivatives mechanics, including leverage and risk exposure
Familiarity with professional trading platforms (e.g., Zerodha, Upstox, Angel One, or similar)
Evidence of disciplined trading behavior and capital preservation mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Experience trading index derivatives such as NIFTY and BANK NIFTY
Understanding of option strategies, spreads, and volatility dynamics
Ability to interpret option chain data and market positioning
Awareness of macroeconomic events and their impact on market behavior
Comfort with structured trading processes and performance review
