About the Role

We are looking for a highly accomplished and hands-on Head of Operations to lead and scale overall business operations.

This is a senior leadership role for someone with a strong track record of P&L ownership, revenue growth, business scaling, operational excellence, and large-scale team management .

The role requires a business leader who can work closely with the Co-Founders, make data-driven decisions, drive execution at scale, and remain closely connected to on-ground business realities.

Please note: This role focuses on overall business and operational leadership .

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business performance, including P&L, revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency .
• Drive business growth, expansion, and scalable operational processes.
• Lead and manage large, distributed field and corporate teams.
• Drive performance through data analysis, business insights, and strong execution.
• Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions and process improvements.
• Work closely with the Co-Founders on business strategy, growth, and execution.
• Build scalable operating structures and ensure strong governance across the business.
• Engage with on-ground teams and stakeholders to understand business challenges and drive practical solutions.
• Take ownership of key business metrics, productivity, and overall operational performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of experience in senior business, operations, or P&L leadership roles.
• Strong experience in P&L management, revenue growth, profitability, and business scaling .
• Proven experience managing large and distributed teams, preferably 500+ employees .
• Experience in high-growth startups or product-led businesses is strongly preferred.
• Preference for candidates from mobility, EV, automotive, rental, marketplace, gig economy, consumer-tech, or other field-intensive businesses .
• Experience working directly with Founders, Co-Founders, or CXO leadership .
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• A hands-on leader comfortable engaging with teams on the ground when required.
• MBA from a premier institute such as IIM/ISB or equivalent educational and professional pedigree is highly preferred.
• Candidates with exceptional professional pedigrees from leading startups or product companies will also be considered.

We are specifically looking for a senior business and operations leader , rather than a candidate whose experience is primarily focused on:

• Supply Chain
• Warehouse Operations
• Hub Operations
• Fleet Maintenance
• Traditional IT/Service Delivery

Work Environment

This is a 24x7 business environment . While the role follows a 5-day work-from-office schedule , the incumbent will be expected to remain connected with and manage the team on the 6th day as required.
