Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft ERP/CRM software. You will capture business requirements, translate them into technical configurations, and support client onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis workshops to gather client functional requirements.
• Prepare functional design documents (FDD) and collaborate with technical developers.
• Design security roles, workflows, business units, and data migration mappings.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and conduct key user training sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Finance, IT, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of functional experience in Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP.
• Deep understanding of core modules (Sales, Customer Service, or Finance).
• Proven track record of successful full-lifetime D365 implementations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
