Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior CAD Automotive Engineer (Solidworks) to create and optimize accurate 3 D models and technical drawings for manufacturing. You will collaborate with Design, Tooling, and Manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and manufacturable designs using GD& T and Design for Manufacturability (Df M) principles.

Experience Level: Mid-Level (4+ Years) with experience in motorcycle for Senior CAD Automobile Engineer in Solidworks.
What is expected out of you?
As a part of this Job
Design and develop motorcycle components and assemblies using Solid Works. Create and maintain accurate 3 D models, 2 D drawings, and BOMs. Perform design modifications based on Engineering Change Requests (ECR/ECO). Apply GD& T, tolerance stack-up, and Design for Manufacturability (Df M) principles. Collaborate with Design, CAE, Manufacturing, Tooling, Quality, and Supplier teams. Participate in concept development, prototype builds, design reviews, and product validation. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and customer specifications. Support cost reduction, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain engineering documentation and PLM data.Requirements:
Must to have Skills:
4+ years of hands-on experience in a dedicated CAD or Design Engineering role. Expert proficiency CAD platform (Solid Works) Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD& T) and manufacturing processes (Injection Molding, CNC, Casting). Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex simulation data and translate findings into design improvements.Good to Have:
Knowledge of APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, and PPAP. Exposure to CAE tools such as ANSYS or Hyper Mesh. Experience working with global OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers. Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. Familiarity with Agile product development.Our Flagship Policies and Benefits:
