Position Summary The Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Estate Management is responsible for the end-to-end operational integrity of the Estate South Region sites, overseeing engineering, maintenance, housekeeping infrastructure, vendor management, safety compliance, and capital upkeep of the property. The role ensures uninterrupted, high-quality facility operations that align with brand standards, guest/occupant experience, statutory requirements, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilitie sLead planning, execution, and monitoring of all facility, engineering, and estate maintenance operations across the property .Develop and manage annual facility budgets, capital expenditure plans, and preventive maintenance schedules .Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), civil, and utility systems
