Role Description

The Final Expense Closer is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. The individual in this role will contact prospects provided by J.Sons Communications, conduct needs-based discussions, present suitable final expense insurance options, and guide prospects through the decision-making process. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, building rapport with potential clients, overcoming objections, and ensuring a smooth and compliant closing experience. The Final Expense Closer will collaborate with the telemarketing and administrative teams to follow up on leads, maintain accurate records of interactions, and meet or exceed closure and performance targets. The role also involves adhering to company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information, and providing consistent, professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with prospects and maintaining professional relationships.
• Candidates should possess demonstrated Closings and Deal Closure skills to effectively convert qualified leads into finalized policies.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Escrow or related financial processes, with the ability to manage documentation and ensure accurate completion of closing steps.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and CRM or call-center software experience to track leads, calls, and closures efficiently.
• Candidates should possess a results-oriented mindset, ethical sales practices, and the ability to work on-site full-time in Islamabad; prior experience in insurance sales or telemarketing is an advantage.
