We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager in Cleveland, OH to coordinate digital marketing initiatives, oversee campaign execution, and help strengthen brand visibility across online channels. You’ll work with the wider team to plan marketing activities, review performance, manage priorities, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach business objectives.
This role would suit someone who combines creative thinking with analytical skills, communicates confidently, and enjoys taking ownership of marketing projects from planning through to evaluation.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and coordinate digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.Plan and manage campaigns across relevant digital channels, including social media, email, websites, and paid advertising.Oversee content planning and help maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms.Monitor campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.Review website traffic, engagement, and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement.Coordinate search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) activities.Research target audiences, competitors, and digital marketing trends.Manage campaign schedules, budgets, and project deliverables as required.Work with internal teams and external partners to coordinate marketing projects.Prepare campaign reports, performance summaries, and recommendations.Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and marketing effectiveness.Support the development of content calendars, promotional materials, and digital communications.Stay informed about platform updates, emerging technologies, and changes in digital marketing practices.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is strategic, creative, organized, and comfortable using data to guide marketing decisions. You should be confident managing multiple projects, communicating with different stakeholders, and keeping campaigns aligned with wider business priorities.
You’ll bring:Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills.An understanding of digital advertising, SEO, social media, and email marketing.Experience monitoring campaign performance and interpreting analytics.Good project management and organizational skills.Confidence using digital marketing platforms and reporting tools.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.The ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.A proactive approach to testing ideas and improving campaign results.
