We’re Hiring: Plumbing Estimator Charlotte, NC | Full-Time Raleigh, NC | Full-Time

Are you an experienced Plumbing Estimator with a background in plumbing construction and project estimating? Join The Romanoff Group, a 100% employee-owned company with a strong reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and excellence in new housing construction.We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who can prepare accurate estimates, coordinate vendor quotes, manage bid documentation, and support successful project awards.
What You’ll DoReview bid documents, construction plans, RFIs, and addendums.Prepare accurate project takeoffs, equipment counts, and material lists.Estimate installation labor and project costs.Request and evaluate vendor quotes and follow up on pricing discrepancies.Maintain bid and RFQ logs, tracking projects through bid, award, or loss.Communicate with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.Follow up on submitted bids and coordinate project handoff meetings.Ensure proposals and project documentation are accurate and complete.
What We’re Looking For5+ years of estimating or construction field experience in Multi Family.2+ years of plumbing construction experience.Experience with digital takeoffs and estimating software is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam is preferred.Wrightsoft or similar estimating software experience is advantageous.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
