Odoo Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of business processes across modules like Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and Manufacturing, and can translate client requirements into effective Odoo configurations. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients across industries and shape how their businesses run on Odoo.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client business requirements across departments and translate them into Odoo functional specifications.
• Configure and customize Odoo modulesto fit client workflows.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or custom development where standard Odoo functionality falls short.
• Lead andsupport end-to-end ERP implementations, including data migration and UAT.
• Deliver training and documentation to client teams.
• Coordinate with technical developers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues.

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in ERP implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of core Odoo modules and standard business processes.
• Experience leading client-facing requirement-gathering and training sessions.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Odoo certifications.
• Experience in industries such as transportation, real estate, retail, retail, or manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of Odoo's technical architecture (Python/XML) to communicate effectively with developers.
• Experience with data migration tools and techniques.
