Hialeah, commutable from Miami Gardens, Doral, Miramar, Hollywood and North Miami – field service role with domestic and international travel.

Are you a hands-on technician with strong people skills looking for a role where you can become the face of the company, take ownership on site and help build a brand-new field service function?

This is a high-impact position with an established manufacturer, working directly with premium clients, contractors and project teams across the U.S. and internationally.

You’ll lead communication on site, manage expectations, relay feedback back to Manufacturing and Engineering, and stay hands-on with installation, troubleshooting and basic low-voltage electrical work.

This is ideal for someone from maintenance, construction, millwright, installation or field service who is ready for more responsibility, visibility and long-term leadership progression.

The Role:

• Carry out hands-on installations and troubleshoot mechanical and low-voltage electrical issues
• Work directly with high-end clients, contractors and designers
• Coordinate additional installation support and help develop the field service operation
• Approximately 50% travel, including domestic and international projects

The Person:

• Hands-on installation, field service or construction experience
• Practical electrical wiring and low-voltage knowledge
• Confident working independently and communicating with clients
• Comfortable travelling; bilingual English/Spanish beneficial
