Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in FMCG, preferably in food manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Scheduling: Support creation of detailed project plans, identify task dependencies and maintain integrity of project schedules using tools like MS Project or Excel.
• Productivity & Cost Reduction: Analyze improvement areas and initiate cost reduction plans.
• Risk and issue management: Identify potential bottlenecks and document mitigation strategies. Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies) to prevent project derailment.
• Governance & compliance: Ensure all documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes and change requests meets internal audit standards.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Acts as a primary communication hub between internal technical teams, external vendors and clients.
• Process Improvement and Optimization
  • Identify bottlenecks, design, and lead improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce waste. Utilize methodologies like Kaizen, 5S, and lean six sigma to drive continuous improvement.
  • Development, tracking, and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of Operations.
  • Should have knowledge of project management software (like MS Projects) and data visualization tools.
  • Should be proficient in using MS Office.
  • Proficiency with Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma tools.
  • Must have analytical skills to identify problems and resolve them.
• Soft Skills: Must possess strong leadership, conflict resolution, and the ability to multitask under high-pressure environments.
