Flame King is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisor to help lead daily operations at our Savannah, GA facility. This is not a desk job.
We’re looking for a supervisor who wants to be where the work is happening: on the warehouse floor, leading the team, setting priorities, solving problems, maintaining safety standards, and stepping in when needed to keep orders moving.

What You'll DoAs our Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you'll take ownership of daily warehouse execution and help ensure the job gets done on time, safely, and accurately.You'll:Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities and prioritiesMaintain a visible, hands-on presence on the warehouse floorAssign work based on order volume, staffing levels, and shipping schedulesMonitor employee productivity, attendance, work quality, and adherence to proceduresCoach, train, and provide day-to-day guidance to warehouse team membersOversee receiving, picking, packing, staging, loading, unloading, and shipping activitiesMake sure customer orders are picked, labeled, staged, and shipped accurately and on timeAdjust employee assignments and workflow as priorities change throughout the dayIdentify bottlenecks, delays, and fulfillment problems before they impact shipping commitmentsOperate forklifts, clamp attachments, and other authorized warehouse equipment when neededSupport inventory movement, cycle counts, reconciliation, and investigation of discrepanciesCoordinate outbound shipments and carrier pickupsPartner with inventory, e-commerce, customer service, shipping partners, and warehouse leadershipMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentHold employees accountable for productivity, accuracy, attendance, and established proceduresIdentify inefficiencies and help put practical operational improvements in place
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who knows how to lead by example.You'll be a strong fit if you bring:Previous experience in warehouse operations, distribution, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillmentExperience leading, supervising, or coordinating warehouse employees in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of picking, packing, staging, loading, unloading, shipping, and inventory movementA hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside your teamForklift or other warehouse-equipment experience, with the ability to obtain necessary certifications and trainingA strong commitment to workplace safety and consistently enforcing safe work practicesExperience prioritizing workloads and managing changing deadlinesThe confidence to coach employees and hold team members accountableStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsBasic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse, inventory, or order-fulfillment systemsClear communication skills and a proactive approach to getting things done
Even Better If You HavePrior experience as a warehouse supervisor or lead in a distribution center, manufacturing facility, or fulfillment operationExperience with Shipbridge, Sellercloud, or NetSuiteInventory-control, cycle-counting, or stock-reconciliation experienceHigh-volume order fulfillment experienceExperience coordinating carrier pickups and outbound shipping schedulesExperience investigating and resolving inventory discrepanciesHigh school diploma or equivalent
This Role Is for Someone Who Likes to Be in the ActionThis position requires being actively engaged on the warehouse floor throughout the workday. You'll need to be comfortable being on your feet, working in an active warehouse environment, and stepping into physical warehouse duties when operations require it.You'll balance leading the team with working alongside the team when necessary.
