You'll serve as a bridge between technology and business operations, ensuring that critical applications communicate effectively and that technical issues are resolved with minimal disruption.We're looking for a resourceful, hands-on professional who understands how ERP, CRM, and eCommerce technologies work together to support daily business operations.What You'll Be DoingManage and troubleshoot business-critical applications, ensuring reliable performance and seamless integration across enterprise systems.Investigate and resolve application, data, and integration issues affecting business processes and operational efficiency.Support the flow of information between ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and other third-party platforms.Work with integration technologies and APIs to maintain connectivity between applications and assist with future system improvements.Identify and resolve technical challenges involving order processing, inventory, billing, payment transactions, and fulfillment.Partner with internal departments to understand technology challenges and recommend practical solutions.Evaluate opportunities to streamline existing workflows through system enhancements and automation.Assist with application updates, integration testing, and deployment activities.Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and integration-related procedures.Collaborate with software vendors and external technology partners to address escalated issues and support ongoing system improvements.What We're Looking For4–7 years of experience in business systems analysis, enterprise application support, systems integration, or a related technical role.Experience working with ERP and CRM platforms, preferably NetSuite, Salesforce, or comparable enterprise solutions.Understanding of middleware and integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or similar platforms.Experience supporting eCommerce applications such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or comparable solutions.Familiarity with APIs, application connectivity, data synchronization, and automated business workflows.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues involving multiple interconnected applications.Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate problems, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.Effective communication skills and the ability to work with both business users and technical teams.Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, and manage multiple initiatives.Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and professional experience.Additional Experience That Would Be ValuableKnowledge of EDI transactions, electronic order processing, or third-party fulfillment integrations.Experience with payment gateways, tax automation, or eCommerce transaction processing.SQL, reporting, or data analysis skills.Exposure to system integration tools such as Celigo or Zapier.Understanding of order-to-cash processes, inventory management, and shipping operations.Experience supporting applications within manufacturing, consumer products, retail, or eCommerce environments.Familiarity with modern integration architectures and workflow automation. xzbcwsv Relevant ERP, CRM, or integration technology certifications.
