Technical Sales Support Engineer

Role :- Engineer – Technical Sales Location - Mumbai Required Exp :- 2-5 years Education - BE KRA's:- Will be responsible to handle SEA and Russia Market To ensure technical sales support for the organisation. Generates and processes new client quotations as per client URS and submission of offers using the Sales tool. Driving the sales process and ensuring adherence to Defined SLA for support. Payment collection for Advances, Dispatch and retention and updating the reports Coordination with Cross-functional teams for getting desired information for the projects. Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting the sales team with necessary document Work Experience Requirements: Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Must have worked on sales tools like CRM/ Salesforce Conversant with ERP Specific Soft Skills Desired Excellent communication skills Analytical and multitasking skills Teamwork and motivational skills Applicants from the Capital Equipment / OEM / Industrial Equipment manufacturing/ Machine Manufacturing industry into Sales Support / Operations / client management can email their profiles to
