- Hours: Monday to Friday (11 AM to 8 PM), Saturday (11 AM to 5 PM)

About the Role:

EvolvWorks.ai builds AI-led onboarding systems to onboard Indian MSMEs (wholesalers, distributors, shop owners) onto a major B2B e-commerce platform. While our AI voice agent handles most calls, you will step in for cases requiring human intervention. Success is measured by first orders placed rather than call volume.

Responsibilities:

- Take live handovers from the AI agent for qualified leads, including handling calls in regional languages initiated by the AI.

- Guide business owners through the registration process (account creation, business details, GST) in their native language.

- Ensure customers place their first order during the call.

- Accurately log call outcomes and spend approximately 30 minutes daily reviewing AI recordings to flag errors.

- Provide precise information regarding user benefits without making conditional guarantees, comparing the company to competitors, or requesting sensitive information like OTPs or passwords.

Requirements:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, onboarding, or support (B2B preferred).

- Fluency in English and Hindi, along with proficiency in at least one regional language (Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu). Please specify your proficiency levels.

- Ability to patiently guide non-technical users through app screens.

- Proficiency with CRMs, WhatsApp Business, and spreadsheets.

- Availability to work on-site six days a week during the specified hours.

- Nice to have: Experience with GST/MSME documentation; a background in e-commerce, fintech, or B2B marketplaces; exposure to AI/voice agents; or startup experience.
