The Territory Manager - Hubli (LPG)

This position is responsible for:

Know, respect and ensure compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct.

Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and key customers to drive sales growth

Identify new business opportunities within the national market

Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities

Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approaches

Prepare and deliver presentations to key clients and stakeholder

Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability

Monitor and report on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed

Purpose:

1) Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the company's market position nationally. - 2) Foster and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and LOT customers to drive sales growth.

3) Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.

4) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and customer needs.

5) Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

6) Ensure Distributor/customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management. 7) Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.

8) Provide insights and feedback to senior management to support strategic planning.

Qualification / Experience required:

Qualification level required for the position : BE Mechanical Engineering

Technical skills required for the position: Business Development Sales Forecasting Market Research Performance Tracking

Behavioral competencies required for the position: Communication Time Management Relationship Building Negotiation skill

Language skills required for the position: Kannada, English, Hindi

Specific knowledge required for the position: LPG Product Knowledge Specific geographical knowledge Competitor knowledge

Level of experience required for the position: 6 years' experience in LPG sales
