Key Responsibilities
As Telecoms Engineering Project Manager, you will
: Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation, scoping, planning, delivery, testing, deployment, and post-project revie w. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocatio n. Coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers, testers, Dev Ops engineers, telecoms engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and third-party vendor s. Manage the delivery of telecoms software solutions such as middleware, customer-facing portals, and digital transformation initiative s. Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and delivery team s. Track project progress and provide clear, regular status updates to stakeholders, including risks, issues, budget position, dependencies, and delivery timeline s. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues where required and developing contingency plan s. Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards, service levels, KPIs, and business requirement s. Manage vendors and suppliers to ensure their services, products, and deliverables meet project expectation s. Apply Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies depending on the project environmen t. Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across future delivery project

The ideal candidate will h
ave: Proven project management experience, ideally 3–7+ years, with a strong focus on telecoms, software delivery, digital transformation, or technology implementa tion. Experience delivering software or systems projects within a telecommunications environ ment. Strong understanding of telecoms platforms and technologies, ideally including middleware, customer portals, or digital customer experience t ools. Demonstrable experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, vendors, and stakeholder expectat ions. Experience leading cross-functional technical teams across development, testing, infrastructure, operations, and business funct ions. Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, MS Project, Share Point, Asana, or Tr ello. Experience working with Agile, waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodolo
gies.

Desirable Qualif
ications PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or similar project management certi fication. Degree in telecommunications, engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related di scipline. Experience working with telecoms operators, MVNOs, network providers, systems integrators, or telecoms software
vendors.
