JD:Primary Technical Skills (Must Have):Handson experience with Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive modulesDeep understanding of XML Data Input Data Transformation Imposition and Layout modulesProficiency in working with Master Templates Data Definition Base Template Style MasterStrong knowledge of Customer Communication Management CCM solutionsExperience with Inspire ScalerxPression is a plusAnalyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for Quadient developmentDesign develop and deploy Quadient based solutions ensuring high quality and performanceWork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updatesConduct unit testing and support integration testing for developed featuresProvide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Quadient applicationsCollaborate with the QA team to ensure the delivery of defect free solutionsParticipate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Secondary Technical Skills (Nice to Have Skills, Not Mandatory):Guidewire PolicyCenter with experience for implantation and state rolloutsExperience working with SQL Server or Oracle databaseApplication Servers such as Web sphere Apache Tomcat or JBOSS J2EE application containersFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:Develop configure and maintain solutions using Quadient software primarily Quadient InspireDesign implement and customize document templates workflows and communication solutionsPerform system integrations and manage data exchanges with external systemsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business objectivesUtilize Inspire Designer and Interactive xzbcwsv modules to set up new client workflows and instancesEdit existing client workflows in accordance with specifications received from Business AnalystsProvide subject matter expertise for solution design architecture and integrationManipulate data from various sources formats e.g., flat files relational databases nonrelational databases XML JSONCreate personalized and customized Omni Channel communications
