<p><strong>Dairy Expert – Sr. Engineer (Process) </strong> </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Location: Vadodara </strong> </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Job Description: </strong> </p><p><br /></p><p>1.Demonstrated expertise in #<strong>milk pasteurization, #highprotein formulations, #yogurt </strong> </p><p><strong>fermentation and Other Milk products &amp; specialized nutritional milk powders </strong>. </p><p>2.Conduct comprehensive reviews of dairy plant capacities to ensure <strong>optimal production </strong> </p><p><strong>performance </strong>. </p><p>3.Design of #<strong>CIP Process Engineering </strong>-Understanding of <strong>CIP circuits </strong> and flow paths, </p><p>cleaning SOP (alkali, acid, sanitizers), cleaning parameters (Time, Temperature, </p><p>Concentration, and Mechanical Action), review of CIP sequence development and </p><p>optimization </p><p>4.Provide technical guidance for preparing accurate <strong>Material and Energy Balance </strong> </p><p>calculations for dairy processes. </p><p>5.Evaluate and validate <strong>Process Flow Diagrams (#PFDs) </strong> to ensure process integrity and </p><p>compliance. </p><p>6.Review and support the development of <strong>Piping &amp; Instrumentation Diagrams (#P&amp;IDs) </strong> </p><p>for dairy operations. </p><p>7.Assess <strong>utility systems </strong>, determine <strong>capacity adequacy </strong>, and recommend sustainability- </p><p>focused <strong>improvements </strong>. </p><p>8.Perform <strong>process and plant safety assessments </strong> in line with regulatory and industry </p><p>standards. </p><p>9.Review <strong>equipment layouts </strong> from milk reception through packaging and associated </p><p>utilities to ensure efficient workflow and <strong>hygienic design. </strong> </p><p>10.Participate in client meetings to support <strong>plant gap analyses </strong> and propose <strong>technical </strong> </p><p><strong>improvements. </strong> </p><p>11.Guide the preparation and review of the #<strong>Dairy Plant Master Plan </strong>. </p><p>12.Possess strong knowledge of <strong>European and U.S. dairy manufacturing standards and </strong> </p><p><strong>regulatory </strong> requirements. </p>
