<p>Job Summary </p><p>Link Logistics is seeking a Program Manager to lead the execution of complex, multi-project initiatives that support technology, operations, and business transformation. This role is accountable for translating strategic priorities into aligned projects, ensuring timeline and issue/risk management, measuring business outcomes, and driving communication and status reporting across the enterprise with various business and leadership stakeholders. </p><p>The Program Manager operates at the intersection of strategy and execution—partnering with senior leaders, product and technology teams, and functional stakeholders to manage interdependencies, optimize sequencing, and drive value realization across the various projects within the program. This role serves as a critical bridge between executive leadership and delivery teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability at all levels of the organization. </p><p>Primary Responsibilities </p><p>The responsibilities listed below are representative of the role but not exhaustive: </p><p>1. Strategic Planning & Alignment </p><ul><li>Define program objectives, scope, and success metrics that align with Link’s organizational strategy and enterprise goals </li><li>Translate prioritized business capabilities into integrated roadmaps, delivery plans, and outcome-based milestones across multiple workstreams </li><li>Partner with senior leaders to ensure program initiatives support Link’s long-term vision, investment priorities, and operating plans </li> </ul><p>2. Cross-Functional Coordination </p><ul><li>Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Corporate functions to align capacity, priorities, and dependencies across initiatives </li><li>Coordinate multiple related projects simultaneously, ensuring they support one another and benefit the broader organization </li><li>Serve as the connective thread across workstreams, ensuring teams are synchronized and working toward shared program outcomes </li> </ul><p>3. Delivery & Execution Management </p><ul><li>Own end-to-end delivery execution, ensuring alignment to enterprise objectives, budget tracking, and operating plans </li><li>Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of programs to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable business outcomes </li><li>Drive consistency in project and program delivery methodologies while adapting models to enablement team complexity and business needs </li> </ul><p>4. Risk & Issue Management </p><ul><li>Identify, manage, and resolve cross-program and project dependencies, systemic risks, and delivery constraints that impact outcomes or timing </li><li>Develop proactive mitigation plans and escalate critical issues to maintain timeline and budget alignment </li><li>Monitor risks continuously across all program workstreams, ensuring early detection and transparent communication of emerging threats </li> </ul><p>5. Governance & Reporting </p><ul><li>Establish and maintain program-level governance, including delivery health reporting, risk management, and escalation of tradeoffs to leadership </li><li>Provide clear, executive-ready communication on delivery and commitment status, value delivery, and decision points for leadership </li><li>Define and track program performance metrics and KPIs; use data and insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement </li> </ul><p>6. Stakeholder Management & Communication </p><ul><li>Translate business needs and technical capabilities to effectively manage stakeholder expectations across all levels of the organization </li><li>Serve as a bridge between senior leadership and project teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency </li><li>Facilitate regular stakeholder engagement, including status updates, decision forums, and executive briefings to maintain alignment and trust </li> </ul><p>7. Budget & Resource Management </p><ul><li>Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial accountability throughout the program lifecycle </li><li>Allocate resources effectively across projects and workstreams to optimize performance, manage competing priorities, and achieve goals </li><li>Monitor financial health of the program and provide leadership with visibility into budget performance, variances, and investment tradeoffs </li> </ul><p>8. Change Management & Continuous Improvement </p><ul><li>Enable Change Management communication based on capabilities delivered across the business in partnership with business stakeholders and the Learning and Development teams </li><li>Promote transparency, learning, and disciplined execution practices to drive continuous improvement in program delivery </li><li>Establish mechanisms to capture, scale, and share lessons learned, reusable process assets, and best practices across the enterprise </li><li>Coach and influence teams on program management principles, tools, and best practices to elevate organizational delivery maturity </li> </ul><p>Qualifications & Experience </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree preferred </li><li>Strong experience operating in Agile or hybrid delivery environments at enterprise scale </li><li>10+ years of experience in project, program, and agile delivery management models </li><li>Demonstrated success leading and driving large-scale, cross-functional projects/programs with multiple concurrent initiatives </li><li>Proven ability to partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand prioritization, sequencing, and investment decisions </li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with comfort presenting to executive audiences </li><li>Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a track record of translating complex challenges into actionable plans </li><li>Experience with change management, resource allocation, and financial oversight of programs </li><li>Experience in agile delivery, real estate, logistics, platform modernization, or enterprise transformation environments is a plus </li><li>PgMP, PMP, SPC or equivalent program management / agile certification is a plus </li> </ul>
