Job Title: HubSpot ArchitectJob Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)Duration: 12 Months Contract
Must Have Skills- 8+ years of experience designing, delivering, and supporting enterprise web platforms and digital experiences- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Lead Developer, or a similar technical leadership role- Experience with HubSpot CMS Hub and the broader HubSpot platform or comparable enterprise CMS and digital experience platforms- Experience defining architecture and migration strategies for CMS/web platforms or digital modernization initiatives- Ability to evaluate whether business capabilities should be implemented within a CMS platform through integrations or as standalone applications- Experience designing integration architectures using APIs and enterprise applications- Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern web application architectures- Experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery environments
Secondary Nice To Have Skills (Not Mandatory)- HubSpot Content Hub implementation experience (preferred during profile screening)- HubSpot CRM experience combined with another CMS platform- HubSpot CRM experience combined with Node.js- Experience with comparable enterprise CMS and digital experience platforms
Soft Skills- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills- Ability to explain technical concepts- Ability to build collaborative relationships, influence technical direction, manage competing priorities, and navigate complex environments
