We're looking for an experienced Team Manager – B2 B Credit & Collections to lead our Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations and manage a team of 80+ members.
Location: Chennai
Shift: US Shift
Experience: 12–20 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 80+ Collection and Credit professionals.
Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC), B2 B Collections, Credit Control, and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
Own team performance and ensure SLA/KPI targets are consistently achieved.
Drive process improvements, operational excellence, and stakeholder management.
Required Skills:

SAP (Invoicing, Contracts & Workflows)
