• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience Required: 12–20+ Year ( Contractor-side project execution experience preferred )

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Execution: Lead large-scale projects covering industrial facilities, warehouses, logistics parks, and factory buildings.
• Planning & Scheduling: Develop, track, and optimize master construction schedules, resource plans, and project milestones.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate seamlessly with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Cost & Performance Control: Monitor project budgets, productivity, cash flow, resource utilization, and overall execution performance.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce strict implementation of QA/QC standards and Safety/EHS regulations across all sites.
• Subcontractor Management: Supervise vendor performance, productivity, timeline adherence, and resolve field-level technical or operational bottlenecks.
• Reporting & Handover: Present management dashboards, weekly/monthly MIS reports, and drive projects through commissioning and final client handover.

⭐ Ideal Candidate Profile

• Holds a B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering .
• Has 12–20+ years of hands-on experience in executing major industrial, factory, warehouse, or logistics infrastructure projects.
• Strong background on the Contractor / General Contractor (GC) side managing ground-level site execution, subcontractor labor, and commercial control.
• Proven expertise in project controls, site planning, QA/QC, vendor management, and EHS compliance.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
• Willing to be based on-site at Dahej, Hazira, or Mundra (Gujarat).
