We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support our global sales and marketing initiatives—especially focused on the US market . The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to lead generation and pipeline growth for Worxwide’s IT and digital consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify and qualify potential clients across industries for Salesforce, UX, AI, and ABM services.
• Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
• Maintain and update lead data in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Market Research & Account Intelligence
• Research target companies and build persona-based outreach lists.
• Develop insights on potential client needs, industry trends, and digital transformation priorities.
• Campaign Support
• Execute multi-channel campaigns in coordination with marketing (email, social, events).
• Track performance metrics, conversions, and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Relationship Development
• Engage and nurture prospective clients through meaningful conversations.
• Schedule meetings, demos, or discovery sessions for the senior consulting team.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements

• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach in international markets (especially US).
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and IT/digital services landscape
• Research-oriented mindset with the ability to profile companies and decision-makers effectively.
