Interior Design Associate

Nuvora Stays is hiring an Interior Design Associate (On-site, Hyderabad). We're a boutique, theme-based homestay startup, and we're looking for someone to travel, research, and help shape the experience behind our properties. NIFT students and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply — freshers and candidates with up to 1.5 years of experience welcome. Compensation & Benefits ₹3–5 LPA Breakfast & lunch provided at the office every day Medical insurance Full-time role | 12-month service agreement Who Should Apply This role is ideal for someone who: Enjoys researching and learning about new ideas Has a keen eye for detail and strong observation skills Loves travelling and exploring different places Can organize information into structured reports and documentation Wants to work directly with startup founders and help build a hospitality brand Key Responsibilities Travel across India to research boutique stays, hotels, and themed properties Observe and document a property's theme, guest experience, interiors, décor, amenities, and operations Prepare detailed SOPs, research reports, and documentation from field observations Research vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and artisans needed to execute different themes Conduct online market, competitor, and industry research to spot business opportunities Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) to work faster Collaborate directly with the founders on research, operations, business development, and strategy What We're Looking For We care about mindset over years of experience.
