About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Influencer & Talent Partnerships Manager to manage actors and influencers while driving brand partnerships, sales, and revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of actors and influencers and build strong professional relationships. Pitch influencers and talent to digital, creative, brand, and event agencies. Generate and close brand collaborations, campaigns, events, and other commercial opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and clients to generate repeat business. Handle incoming queries, negotiations, commercials, and contracts. Plan weekly pitches, follow-ups, meetings, and talent schedules. Understand each artist's profile and help develop their career and commercial opportunities. Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate

2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Artist Management, Talent Management, Brand Partnerships, or Entertainment Sales. Strong interest and knowledge of the entertainment and influencer industry. Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and sales skills. Existing relationships with digital, creative, brand, or influencer agencies will be an advantage. Target-oriented, confident, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
