<p><b> Job Responsibilities: </b> </p> <li>MIS reports- AOP, FCST and Flash </li> <li>Annual Budgeting and cost roll up </li> <li>Fixed Assets accounting –Internal order, CWIP Review and Capitalization </li> <li>Legal &amp; Audit Compliance </li> <li>Documentation and filing of statutory returns </li> <li>Responsible for SOX and other audit requirements </li> <li>Interaction with auditors for compliance and reporting </li> <li>Employee &amp; Financial Transactions </li> <li>Salary processing and employee-related financial activities </li> <li>Cash and bank transactions management </li> <li>Direct and indirect tax work with relevant documentation </li> <li>Support to Tax team for income tax and transfer pricing assessments </li> <li>Reporting &amp; Record Maintenance </li> <p><b>Skills- </b> </p> <p>U GAAP understanding </p> <p>One Stream Understanding </p> <p>Work exposure on SAP </p>
