Safety comes first, and the team is built on high performance for customers and for each other.They’re hiring a Utility Supervisor to lead construction operations in the Chesapeake area. You’ll own safety, quality, and profitability across your projects, manage crews and subcontractors, and keep work on schedule for the customer.
What you’ll doLead multiple utility construction projects and the crews running themOwn job performance on safety, quality, schedule, and costCoordinate subcontractors and customers to keep workflow movingSolve problems in the field when delays, material issues, or staffing gaps hitMake sure installations meet customer specifications and industry standardsSupport estimates and proposals through site surveys
What you bringProven experience supervising utility construction crews and projectsComfort working from blueprints and specificationsValid CDL Class A strongly preferredBilingual English/Spanish is a plus
