The Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner (Group) will act as the HR focal point for assigned companies and business units across the Group. The role is responsible for translating business requirements into effective people actions and ensuring that recruitment, performance management, employee relations, HR operations, policies, and compliance are executed consistently and on time.
This is a hands-on and output-driven HRBP role , requiring close coordination with Business Heads, functional managers, Group Management, and employees.
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Build and manage talent pipelines for niche, senior-level, and volume hiring requirements across PMaspire Group entities.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Support smooth transition and integration of employees into business units.
- Strengthen PMaspire’s employer brand in India and globally by leveraging recruitment campaigns, social media, and professional networks.
- Represent the company at virtual career fairs, campus drives, and networking events.
- Build long-term relationships with universities, training partners, and external recruitment agencies.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Associate: 5–8 years of HR and recruitment recruitment experience.
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, global or IT/EdTech/Consulting environment.
- Experience with ATS, HRMS, and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Bdjobs, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

Compensation & Other Benefits
- Salary: Rupee 400,000 per year (+/-)(Depending on proven recruitment experience)
