About Aumraa

Aumraa is building a mobile-first faith-tech platform for modern Indian users — bringing together temples, pujas, devotional experiences, spiritual guidance, sacred products and community.

We are an early-stage company building a lean, high-ownership team where people work closely across functions and take responsibility beyond narrowly defined roles.

About the Role

Before You Apply

This is an in-office role in Gurgaon with a six-day work week.  Aumraa is an early-stage startup, so this role is best suited for someone who enjoys ownership, experimentation, frequent feedback and building hiring processes from the ground up  rather than working within already-established HR systems and structures.

  • Handle routine employee HR queries and documentation requirements.
  • Help build and improve internal HR processes as the team grows.

3. Business Operations & Leadership Support

  • Coordinate important internal and external meetings for the leadership team.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, document Minutes of Meetings (MoM)  and track action items, owners and timelines.
  • Follow up across teams and stakeholders to ensure agreed actions and business priorities move forward.
  • Track key initiatives and provide leadership with visibility on progress, dependencies and pending actions.
  • Support preparation of presentations, reports, dashboards, trackers and management updates.

4. MIS, Coordination & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate HR, recruitment and business operations trackers.
  • Track open positions, hiring stages, joining timelines, onboarding and pending documentation.
  • Maintain visibility on important meetings, decisions, action items and business initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support management decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management  or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience  in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations or a similar role.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced organisation  would be an advantage.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment and candidate management.
  • Strong organisational, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-up and execution ability.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, MIS, presentations and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
