Location: Ludhiana, Punjab | Work From Office Job Type: Full-time | Permanent Shift: Night Shift (North American Business Hours) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month, based on experience and skills About the Role Logilink Solutions Inc. is supporting the recruitment process on behalf of INDIANABULLS PRIVATE LIMITED for Operations Support Executive - HR Recruitment & Onboarding Executive positions at our Ludhiana office. We are looking for confident, organized, and detail-oriented individuals who can support end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding for North American operations. Selected candidates will be employed solely and directly by INDIANABULLS PRIVATE LIMITED and will work closely with internal HR and operations teams supporting North American clients, including businesses operating in the logistics and last-mile delivery industry. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with candidates, coordinating hiring activities, maintaining recruitment pipelines, following up consistently, and ensuring that every selected candidate completes the onboarding process successfully. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing Source suitable candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels Post and manage job openings across recruitment platforms Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates based on communication skills, experience, availability, and job suitability Explain job responsibilities, shift requirements, compensation ranges, work location, and hiring expectations clearly to candidates Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming hiring requirements Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment process Interview Coordination & Selection Support Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate interview schedules and recruitment trackers Provide candidates with interview instructions and required information Follow up after interviews regarding feedback, next steps, documentation, or additional assessments Coordinate second-round interviews, assessments, training sessions, or client evaluations where required Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Offer & Pre-Joining Coordination Coordinate offer issuance and acceptance with selected candidates Clearly communicate joining dates, shift timings, work-location requirements, documentation requirements, and other onboarding instructions Follow up with selected candidates to reduce offer drop-offs and ensure timely joining Track offer acceptance, joining confirmations, and candidate availability Escalate any potential joining delays or candidate concerns to the appropriate HR team Employee Onboarding Coordinate the complete onboarding process from candidate selection through the employee's joining date Collect, review, organize, and verify required employee documents and onboarding information Coordinate background verification, drug testing, or client-specific onboarding requirements where applicable Prepare and maintain onboarding forms, employee records, policy acknowledgements, and internal HR documentation Ensure all required documents and onboarding steps are completed before applicable deadlines Schedule orientation, training, and introductory sessions for new employees Follow up with new hires regarding pending documents, forms, training, or onboarding activities Maintain accurate onboarding trackers and employee-status reports Recruitment Reporting & Administration Maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, interview trackers, onboarding trackers, and hiring reports Update candidate status accurately at every stage of the recruitment process Prepare daily or weekly hiring and onboarding updates for management Track recruitment metrics such as applications, interviews, selections, offers, joining confirmations, and candidate drop-offs Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information Ensure recruitment and onboarding records remain accurate, organized, and audit-ready Requirements Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Strong confidence in conducting candidate screening calls and interviews Comfortable communicating professionally with candidates over phone, email, and online platforms Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple candidates simultaneously Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, email, and online recruitment systems Ability to maintain accurate recruitment records and trackers Professional approach when handling confidential candidate and employee information Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with HR and management teams Reliable, responsible, and able to complete assigned tasks within established deadlines Comfortable working a permanent night shift aligned with North American business hours Must be able to work from our Ludhiana, Punjab office Preferred Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following will be considered an advantage: Recruitment or talent acquisition HR operations Employee onboarding Candidate sourcing and screening Interview coordination Recruitment agencies or staffing companies Job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) HRIS platforms BPO/KPO or international processes Recruitment for US or Canadian operations High-volume recruitment Logistics, transportation, or last-mile delivery recruitment Candidates with previous experience supporting US or Canadian recruitment operations will be preferred. Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills, confidence, strong computer skills, and a genuine interest in recruitment and HR are also encouraged to apply.
